Roger Thorne, PT, Owner
I powered through Daemen University in Buffalo, NY, graduating in 1993 (man, that feels like a century ago!). That same year, I threw on my cowboy boots and headed down to Rockwall, Texas. From '93 to 2000, I flexed my muscles in various private practices, dealing with patients of all shapes and sizes. Then in the mighty year 2000, I planted the flag and declared the birth of Team Concept. Now, if you ask my dear mother, she'll tell you I love physical therapy so much that it's like I've been on a never-ending vacation since becoming a therapist. I've been telling her it's just a really, really long coffee break. I get my kicks from daily banter with patients, whether they're seasoned warriors or fresh recruits. There's nothing more satisfying than watching folks grab their health by the horns, put in the sweat, and emerge victorious on the road to recovery. Turns out, making people laugh and feel tougher is my kind of therapy - who would've thought?

Anthony Dickey, PT, DPT
Hey there! Whether you're recovering from surgery, dealing with a sports injury, or just aiming to move pain-free I've got your back (quite literally)! I specialize in creating personalized treatment plans that are as unique as you are. My goal is not just to fix the issue but to empower you with the knowledge and tools to take control of your own well-being. I hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Baylor University, and my journey in the world of physical therapy is fueled by a genuine passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.

Skylar Plewe, PTA, Office Manager
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University in 2018, where my attempts at mastering the dance floor with the collegiate dance team fueled my passion for movement and wellness. This somewhat rhythmic journey led me to pursue a career in Physical Therapy, and in 2021, I successfully graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Pima Medical Institute in Arizona.
Since then, I've been dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of patients of all ages at outpatient clinics. In August 2022, my husband and I bravely ventured to Texas, where we welcomed our tiny boss (also known as our son) into the world. Currently a PTA and Office Manager, I'm on a mission to help our patients achieve their wellness goals while sprinkling a dash of humor into their recovery. Beyond therapeutic interventions, I prioritize injury prevention and aim to establish trust not only as a healthcare provider but also as a supportive friend cracking the occasional good-natured joke for those under our care.

Allie Park, Front Office
Hi, I'm Allie Park! Born and raised on the Jersey Shore (insert fist pump here), I made the move to Texas in 2008 and traded the beach for BBQ. I'm a proud mom to 3 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog, and 9 (and counting!) chickens-basically, my life is a mix of chaos and cuteness!
Before joining Team Concept Rehabilitation, I spent 10 years as a piano teacher, helping kids hit all the right notes. When I decided it was time for a career change, I knew I wanted something where I could work with people and make meaningful connections. Enter: the front desk at Team Concept!
I absolutely love welcoming patients, learning their stories, and cheering them on through their physical therapy journey. Whether it's a warm welcome or a random fact about chickens, I'm here to make your experience just a little brighter.
